Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets with high accuracy.
- Ensure all items are scanned correctly and processed in accordance with company pricing and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout counter area.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, sizes, and ongoing in-store promotions.
- Issue receipts, manage returns, and process exchanges professionally.
- Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, ensuring all records match.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a smooth transition from shopping to checkout.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role is highly preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and experience handling cash with absolute integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in operating POS software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company standard operating procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
