Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer payments accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Take food and beverage orders with precision and attention to dietary preferences
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while maintaining professional service standards
- Manage reservation systems and maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or retail customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
