Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and seat them in an organized manner upon arrival.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Process cash and card transactions using the POS system efficiently and handle change accurately.
- Serve food and drinks to tables while ensuring high-quality presentation and timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, take reservations, and resolve any complaints or special requests promptly.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, cutlery, and equipment after each shift.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking items as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or Waitress in a restaurant setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling financial transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15kg).
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the company.
