Viva International Food & Restaurants, Inc., the exclusive franchisee of Wetzel's Pretzels in the Philippines, is hiring enthusiastic Cashiers for our NCR stores. Wetzel's Pretzels is a top-rated fast-casual brand famous for its hand-rolled soft pretzels, craft lemonade, and dipping sauces. As a Cashier, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, so we seek individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
In this full-time role, you will manage customer orders, operate the cash register, handle payments, and maintain a clean workspace. You'll also assist with restocking display cases, cleaning dining areas, and supporting team members during peak hours. Our Cashiers are trained to upsell products and promote loyalty programs to enhance the guest experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments securely
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Assist in stocking and replenishing product displays and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
- Promote menu items and upsell to increase sales
- Follow cash handling procedures and balance register at shift end
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate (Senior High School or equivalent)
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be located or willing to work in Metro Manila (NCR)
- Food safety certification is a plus
