As a Casino Cashier, you will be the face of our gaming operations, managing large-volume currency exchanges, chip redemptions, and identity verification processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Process high-volume gaming transactions, including currency exchange, chip redemption, and credit card processing with 100% accuracy.
- Verify guest identities and documentation in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and internal control policies.
- Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer, performing thorough audits at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all gaming guests, resolving inquiries regarding financial transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the gaming surveillance and security departments to report any suspicious activities or discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all financial paperwork, logs, and digital entries are updated in real-time according to regulatory standards.
- Support the gaming floor operations by facilitating efficient cage services during peak operational hours.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Cashier, Teller, or in a high-volume financial transaction role (Experience in a casino or hospitality setting is a strong advantage).
- Exceptional numerical skills and high level of integrity when handling large sums of cash.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight rotations as required by 24/7 casino operations.
- Advanced proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to remain focused under pressure in a high-energy environment.
