Tanggung Jawab
- Manage gaming tables effectively, ensuring adherence to house rules and gaming regulations.
- Conduct various games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette with high speed and accuracy.
- Provide friendly, proactive customer service to ensure an enjoyable and welcoming gaming experience.
- Accurately handle chips, currency, and other gaming instruments during gameplay.
- Explain game rules and procedures clearly to both new and experienced players.
- Monitor the table for irregular play, cheating, or security issues, reporting concerns to the Pit Boss immediately.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times on the gaming floor.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate; College level or degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a casino environment or hospitality sector is preferred but not required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong numerical and mental math proficiency.
- High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifting schedules, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a clean criminal record and high ethical standards.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods during shift.
