- Monitor player behavior and game flow to detect irregularities or suspicious activities
- Assist Pit Supervisors in tracking play patterns and game observation documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Handle cash transactions and chip exchanges with precision and accountability
