- Conduct live gaming activities (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) with precision and professionalism
- Manage game tables, chips, and equipment according to established protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining game flow and player engagement
- Execute accurate cash transactions and maintain accountability for gaming assets
- Adhere strictly to gaming regulations and company compliance standards
- Monitor player behavior and report suspicious activities per security protocols
- Collaborate with pit supervisors and fellow dealers to ensure seamless table operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in live casino or high-volume gaming environment
