Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with a designated portfolio of premium and VIP casino guests to maximize loyalty and gaming revenue.
- Provide personalized, concierge-level service, anticipating and catering to guest needs, preferences, and special requests.
- Proactively greet and host high-value players, ensuring a memorable and exceptional casino experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate and execute exclusive VIP events, promotions, and special invitations to drive engagement and visitation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and gaming activity in strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, food & beverage, hotel operations, and other departments to deliver a seamlessly integrated luxury experience for guests.
- Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints with utmost diplomacy, professionalism, and prompt resolution to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to consistently refine relationship management strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a casino, luxury hotel, premium VIP services, or exclusive members' club.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of generating revenue through strategic relationship management.
- Possesses a highly professional appearance, poise, and demeanor, exuding confidence and warmth in a luxury setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment, and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and casino management systems. Fluency in English and an Asian language is a strong advantage.
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a valid Casino License / Responsible Gaming certification as required by Singapore's regulatory authorities.
