Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain casino gaming systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across slot machines, table game systems, and network infrastructure
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for gaming hardware and software components
- Collaborate with vendors to install, configure, and upgrade gaming system components
- Document system configurations, maintenance logs, and incident reports
- Train staff on new system features and operational protocols

Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or gaming system maintenance
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN) and server administration
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or gaming-specific technical training preferred
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and system monitoring software
