Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain all casino gaming equipment including slot machines, table systems, and ancillary peripherals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics to minimize operational downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards for gaming equipment operations and safety protocols
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and technology integration projects
- Provide technical training to junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in gaming equipment maintenance or similar technical role
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mechanical and electronic systems
- Working knowledge of gaming industry regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in gaming technology or electronics repair is advantageous
