Solaris Hotel in Kuta is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Casual Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, organizing critical financial documentation, and supporting the finance department in preparing daily financial reports that keep our hotel running smoothly.

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately input daily financial transactions into the hotel accounting system.
  • Ensure all financial documents and invoices are systematically filed and archived.
  • Assist the finance team in the timely preparation of daily revenue and expense reports.
  • Verify the accuracy of receipts and payment vouchers.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of daily cash and credit card transactions.
  • Support month-end closing procedures as required by the finance manager.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in accounting or administration is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a casual/part-time capacity.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry financial environment is a plus.
