You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, managing table settings, and resolving guest inquiries to ensure total satisfaction. - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions.
- Address guest complaints or special requests immediately and escalate if necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak English effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and possess a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
- Dedicated and willing to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
