Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs of hotel mechanical systems
- Conduct preventive equipment inspections to ensure operational safety
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests across guest areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and facilities teams for coordinated work
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Support installation of new equipment as needed
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in engineering or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid technical certifications preferred
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work in varied conditions
