  • Assist guests with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries professionally.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk reception area.
  • Update guest profiles and reservation details in the PMS system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide local tourism information and assistance to guests.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospitality software.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
