Tanggung Jawab
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas are spotless
- Stock guest rooms with necessary supplies and amenities according to hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when encountered in hallways or common areas
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient room turnover
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed
