Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective casual leasing strategies to meet and exceed occupancy targets.
- Proactively scout and approach potential tenants for mall pop-up kiosks, promotional spaces, and short-term retail opportunities.
- Conduct professional presentations and site tours to prospective tenants to showcase mall foot traffic and retail potential.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract agreements to maximize revenue for the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective and current tenants for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with the mall operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth tenant integration and activations.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and revenue projections for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in casual leasing, retail property management, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate at various professional levels.
- Proven track record of hitting sales or occupancy targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Exceptional networking skills with a strong existing database of potential tenants preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
