- Manage end-to-end leasing process for exhibition areas and push carts
- Develop innovative leasing concepts aligned with market trends
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential leasing opportunities
- Negotiate lease agreements with retail tenants and stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare leasing performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property leasing or retail operations
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of Tangerang's commercial property market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
