Join Agung Podomoro Land as a Casual Leasing Supervisor and drive revenue optimization through strategic management of temporary leasing opportunities. This pivotal role involves overseeing exhibition spaces, event venues, and short-term tenant placements across our premier properties. You'll develop occupancy strategies, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences while maximizing property utilization. The position requires proactive problem-solving, market awareness, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with tenant satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end casual leasing operations for exhibitions, events, and temporary tenants
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, security) for seamless event execution
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with clients while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitor leasing performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and vendors
- Conduct market analysis to identify new leasing opportunities and pricing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in property leasing or event management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of local real estate market regulations in Kalimantan
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record in revenue generation and occupancy optimization
- Leadership experience with cross-functional team coordination
