Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for retail real estate and space activation? Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Casual Leasing Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious Senayan Park location. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the vibrancy of our mall's common areas, identifying potential tenants and securing partnerships to fill exhibition spaces and promotional booths.
As a Casual Leasing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in optimizing mall revenue and enhancing the shopper experience through strategic space leasing. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with vendors, event organizers, and local brands, ensuring that our exhibition areas are consistently active, profitable, and aligned with our mall's premium positioning. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual casual leasing revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new tenants for exhibition areas, promotional booths, and common space activations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and event organizers.
- Prepare competitive rental proposals, lease agreements, and space activation plans.
- Conduct regular mall inspections to ensure that all casual leasing activities comply with visual merchandising standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the mall management team to align leasing activities with overall center marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on leasing performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in casual leasing, retail sales, or commercial property management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape and market trends in Jakarta.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
