Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar teams
- Present menus and explain dishes/specials with detailed knowledge
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions securely
- Maintain impeccable table cleanliness and service station organization
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
