We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Category Buyer/Manager to lead the category growth, curate product assortments, and drive market share in the competitive Indonesian retail landscape.

You will handle end-to-end category management, from vendor negotiation and stock management to data-driven promotional planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for the Health & Beauty segment to drive sales growth and margin targets.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor performance evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer purchase behaviors to optimize product assortment.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient inventory turnover.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, store layouts, and product placement strategies in alignment with retail operations.
- Drive store-level profitability through effective pricing strategies and cost management.
- Maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers to ensure a competitive product mix.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Category Management or Procurement within the Retail or FMCG industry, specifically in Health & Beauty.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian pharmacy and retail consumer landscape.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving ambitious sales KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with multi-national vendor accounts.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and presentation skills.
