We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Category Lead, Indirect Procurement to join WS Audiology in Singapore. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic sourcing and management strategy for our diverse portfolio of indirect materials and services. This includes managing categories such as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), IT, Facilities, and Marketing services.
You will act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, driving value creation through rigorous market analysis, process improvement, and supply chain resilience. By leveraging your expertise in negotiation and supplier relationship management, you will secure best-in-class solutions that support the company's growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives and total cost of ownership goals.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including market analysis, RFx management, and contract negotiation with global suppliers.
- Manage a portfolio of indirect suppliers, focusing on performance improvement, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and identify value-add opportunities to maximize procurement spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage category budgets and ensure full compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a leadership or category management role.
- Strong experience in managing indirect categories (MRO, IT, Facilities, Professional Services, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and matrixed organization.
