Join NTS Components as a Category Manager specializing in Electrical OEM and Cable Assemblies. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to supplier development and category strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product offerings, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement category strategies for Electrical OEM and Cable Assemblies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and conduct regular supplier performance reviews
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend product improvements or innovations
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product specifications are met
- Monitor and report on category performance metrics, including cost savings, lead times, and quality indicators
- Develop and manage category budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring continuity of supply
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain in the electrical components industry
- Strong knowledge of OEM manufacturing processes and cable assembly technologies
- Excellent negotiation skills with proven track record in supplier management
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in ERP systems and category management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
