Coda Payments is seeking a dynamic Category Manager to lead the gaming top-up vertical within our Codashop ecosystem. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the category management strategy that drives market share and profitability. In this pivotal role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize product assortments, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable terms to maximize margins. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and technology to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the gaming top-up sector.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize assortment planning.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and distributors to ensure supply chain efficiency and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
- Monitor P&L performance, provide regular reporting to senior management, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with the tech team to enhance the top-up user journey and troubleshoot operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or digital goods sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Familiarity with the gaming or digital entertainment industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
