Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and set up food stations and banquet tables according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and service area throughout the shift.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling platters.
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper portion control.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
- Handle waste disposal and equipment cleaning in compliance with health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or catering is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
