Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of Cathodic Protection (CP) projects, from initial design and engineering calculations to installation, testing, and final commissioning.
- Supervise field teams, ensuring all CP installation and maintenance activities adhere to project specifications, industry standards (e.g., NACE/AMPP), and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, data analysis, and performance assessments of existing CP systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations for CP system deployments and upgrades.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures on all project sites.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior CP technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Cathodic Protection, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- NACE/AMPP Certification (e.g., CP Level 2 or 3) is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
- Profound knowledge of CP design principles, system components, installation techniques, and troubleshooting for various applications (pipelines, tanks, marine structures).
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices for corrosion control and CP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using CP-related testing equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
