In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our clients minimize downtime and maximize machinery lifespan through precise condition-based monitoring strategies.
As a CBM Engineer at Daun Biru, you will work independently to provide technical consultancy and diagnostic services to our diverse customer accounts. You will be responsible for data collection, vibration analysis, and reporting, ensuring that our clients receive actionable insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc condition monitoring surveys at client sites.
- Perform comprehensive vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication analysis to diagnose equipment health.
- Prepare detailed technical reports with evidence-based recommendations for maintenance actions.
- Collaborate with customer maintenance teams to implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex machinery failures.
- Maintain and calibrate advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze real-time asset performance data to identify early-stage anomalies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance.
- Strong proficiency in vibration analysis tools and software.
- Hold relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 18436 Vibration Analyst Level I or II).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
