Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and intercom systems across residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in security and communication hardware
- Conduct regular system audits and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to emergency service calls and execute urgent repairs within specified SLAs
- Prepare detailed technical reports and system documentation for clients
- Drive company vehicle to client sites (valid Class 3 license required)
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging security technologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV/intercom system installation and maintenance
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driver's license with clean driving record
- Technical certification in security systems or related electronics field preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams and system schematics
- Strong diagnostic abilities for troubleshooting hardware and network issues
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily
