Converge ICT Solutions, the premier fiber broadband and digital services provider in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV Operator (Security Command Center Personnel) to join our security team. As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC) based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, you will ensure the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and assets around the clock.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring live video feeds from multiple locations, operating advanced access control systems, and responding swiftly to security alarms and incidents. Your sharp attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in preventing security breaches, documenting events, and coordinating with on-site security and emergency responders. We rely on our command center personnel to maintain constant situational awareness and provide critical first response to any threats.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor live CCTV camera feeds and review recorded footage from the command center
- Operate and monitor door access control systems, ensuring authorized entry and exit
- Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Document and report security events, observations, and irregularities
- Coordinate with on-site security guards and external emergency services
- Maintain and troubleshoot surveillance equipment and software
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections as needed
- Assist in security audits and compliance monitoring
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in criminology or related field is a plus
- At least 1–2 years of experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or command center environment
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and access control software
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate security software
- Professional security certification (e.g., CSC) preferred
