As our CCTV Technician, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of security systems across multiple locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems including cameras, DVRs, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with surveillance equipment and network connectivity
- Perform regular system audits and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Upgrade and replace outdated equipment while documenting system configurations
- Monitor security feeds and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols
- Collaborate with management to implement security enhancements and compliance measures
- Train staff on basic CCTV system operation and security procedures
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar security systems role
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, and analog surveillance systems
- Proficiency in network configuration, troubleshooting, and cabling
- Ability to read technical schematics and interpret system documentation
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional site visits
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Relevant certification (e.g., CCTV Installation, Network+) is preferred
