Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and calibrate CCTV cameras, DVRs, and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and system troubleshooting
- Conduct site surveys to assess security requirements and recommend optimal camera placement
- Repair or replace faulty components including cameras, cables, and recording devices
- Provide technical training to clients on system operation and basic troubleshooting
- Generate detailed installation reports and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with security teams to integrate CCTV with access control systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging surveillance technologies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
- Proficiency in IP and analog camera systems, NVRs/DVRs, and network configurations
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting electrical and network issues
- Valid electrical work certification preferred (e.g., BTEC, City & Guilds)
- Ability to read technical blueprints and system schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
