Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver on-site technical support and service implementation for Microsoft enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-disciplinary service teams to resolve complex client technical challenges.
- Proactively participate in team meetings and feedback loops to enhance service delivery protocols.
- Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for high-availability environments.
- Document technical issues and resolutions clearly to contribute to the global knowledge base.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication throughout the service lifecycle.
- Lead on-site diagnostic operations and coordinate with remote engineering teams for escalated issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field engineering or technical support roles within the enterprise sector.
- Strong proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure, and network protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in team-oriented, collaborative environments.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required for effective client and cross-team communication.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, CompTIA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting.
