As an FDW Specialist, you will act as the trusted bridge between discerning employers and carefully selected Foreign Domestic Workers. Your core responsibility will be to guide clients expertly through the entire placement journey—from initial consultation and candidate matching to contract finalization and post-placement support. You will ensure strict compliance with all MOM regulations, handle documentation meticulously, and deliver an exceptional level of customer service that reinforces our client's market-leading reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive sales consultation to clients on the full spectrum of Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW) placement services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: from lead generation, client counselling, and candidate matching to contract processing and post-placement aftercare.
- Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and preferences to ensure the perfect match with suitable FDW candidates.
- Ensure meticulous compliance with all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Code of Conduct for Employment Agencies (CEA).
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and FDWs, ensuring high satisfaction and referral rates.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth documentation, work permit applications, and FDW orientation.
- Represent the agency professionally at roadshows, events, and across our island-wide branch network to drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Valid and active CEI license (Key Executive or Sales Personnel) issued by CEA is strictly mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the maid agency, service, or client-facing industry in Singapore.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, Tagalog) is a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and empathy when handling confidential client and worker matters.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and ability to learn internal CRM systems quickly.
- Team player with a positive attitude, willing to work 5 days a week (including weekends) and travel across island-wide branches.
