Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to increase market share.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing retail partners and construction contractors.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock availability and collect market intelligence on competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume targets set by the management team.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including forecasts and market analysis.
- Provide technical product information and excellent service support to customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Civil Engineering background is a plus).
- Experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, building products, or FMCG.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C or A) and own a vehicle.
- Willing to work in the field and travel extensively within the Gresik and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
