As the Center Manager, you will serve as the chief operating and business development leader of our branch. Your mission is to build and maintain high-performing teams, drive sales and enrollment targets, and ensure the delivery of world-class educational services. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete daily operations, administrative functions, and educational quality of the EF Center in Bandung.
- Drive commercial growth and student acquisition by executing strategic marketing campaigns and hitting enrollment targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of course consultants, academic teachers, and administrative support staff.
- Manage center budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular financial and progress reports.
- Foster exceptional customer satisfaction and community engagement to ensure high student retention rates.
- Maintain EF brand integrity and ensure full compliance with internal standards, curriculum requirements, and local regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and operational challenges efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within education, retail, hospitality, or service industries.
- Strong commercial background with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
