Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the bakery
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, and communicate needs to the kitchen manager
- Follow food safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute ideas for new products and improvements to existing offerings
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
