- Oversee daily central kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production for all outlets
- Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with industry regulations
- Coordinate with outlet managers to forecast production needs and ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement cost-effective production processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate supply of ingredients
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain consistent food standards across all products

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in kitchen management, preferably in a central kitchen setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and preparation
