Join PT Bahtera Ritel Indonesia as a Central Kitchen Manager and lead our food production excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full central kitchen operations including production planning, quality control, and staff supervision
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Lead and develop kitchen teams through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery to retail stores
- Optimize inventory management, cost control, and supply chain efficiency
- Implement menu engineering and standard operating procedures
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and operational readiness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen management within F&B industry
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational oversight
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management
- Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English communication
