Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to production orders (PO) and standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all production areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of food preparation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to portion control standards and recipe specifications
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
