Excelso Multi Rasa is looking for an experienced and dedicated Central Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Surabaya. The Central Kitchen plays a critical role in our operations, serving as the backbone for all food production activities. In this position, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from pre-production planning to final execution, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, control, and execute all pre-production and production activities within the Central Kitchen.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP standards, health regulations, and hygiene protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, dry goods, and packaging, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a large-scale kitchen or Central Kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes, cost control, and inventory management systems.
- Certification in Food Safety (HACCP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant culinary or hospitality degree is a plus.
- Proficient in using kitchen management software.
