As a Central Site Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our local office operations. Your primary mission is to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our site, enabling our core business functions to thrive. You will act as the central point of contact for facility management, vendor coordination, health and safety compliance, asset management, and comprehensive administrative support.
This hybrid role requires a unique blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams—including IT, HR, and Finance—as well as external vendors and service providers. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be vital in maintaining an exceptional workplace environment, managing budgets, and ensuring operational policies are clearly understood and consistently implemented.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cebu site, ensuring optimal functionality of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, Admin) to support seamless office moves, setups, and space planning.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage site budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires by preparing workspaces, equipment, and access credentials.
- Support company events, meetings, and executive visits with meticulous logistical coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site operations, facility management, or office administration.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and facility management software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high degree of initiative.
