Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor inventory levels of medical supplies to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming medical equipment and consumables safely.
- Prepare and dispense medical kits and supplies to various hospital departments as requested.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of all issued and received items using inventory management systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in the supply room.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to identify shortages and place orders for replenishment.
- Assist in the organization and layout of the supply room for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in a related field.
- Previous experience in a hospital supply room, warehouse, or retail setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting boxes and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory software.
