Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ticket reservation processes for tourism attractions and events
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Maintain accurate reservation databases and transaction records
- Coordinate with partner venues to ensure availability and smooth visitor flow
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Generate daily/weekly reservation reports for operational analysis
- Train junior staff on reservation systems and service standards
Kualifikasi
- SMK/D3/D4/S1 degree in Tourism, Travel Business, or Hospitality Management
- 1-2 years of experience in ticketing or reservation roles
- Proficiency in reservation software and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy in transactions
- Knowledge of Jakarta tourism landscape preferred
