Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the nursing home facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans for growth, service expansion, and operational improvements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare professionals and support staff
- Manage financial operations, budget planning, and resource allocation effectively
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners
- Ensure the highest standards of resident care, safety, and quality of life
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in elderly care and healthcare management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in nursing home or elderly care facility management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans for organizational growth
- Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in healthcare environments
