Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operational activities of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of program delivery and customer service.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans to achieve enrolment targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of educators and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage the centre's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure optimal cost efficiency and maximum returns.
- Drive initiatives to enhance student satisfaction, retention, and overall learning outcomes through effective feedback mechanisms and quality assurance.
- Ensure full compliance with all local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to expand the centre's reach and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve curriculum, technology integration, and overall operational processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in centre management, operations management, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the education or training sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving business targets, managing profit and loss (P&L), and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and empower staff.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology trends is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is required.
