Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily operations of the education centre to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Execute local marketing and outreach strategies to drive customer acquisition and student enrolment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and building long-term relationships.
- Monitor and report on centre performance, including attendance, retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage centre staff, ensuring high levels of service delivery and professional conduct.
- Ensure seamless delivery of coding curricula and instructional support.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in centre management, retail management, or customer service leadership.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when engaging with parents and children.
- Proven ability to drive sales or customer acquisition targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education, particularly in STEM or coding-related disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and centre management software.
