Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the education centre to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Execute local marketing and outreach strategies to drive customer acquisition and student enrolment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and building long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and report on centre performance, including attendance, retention rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage centre staff, ensuring high levels of service delivery and professional conduct.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of coding curricula and instructional support.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in centre management, retail management, or customer service leadership.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when engaging with parents and children.
  • Proven ability to drive sales or customer acquisition targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education, particularly in STEM or coding-related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and centre management software.
