Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and strategic planning of the enrichment centre
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of educators and support staff
- Develop, implement, and evaluate enrichment programs aligned with educational standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community partners
- Manage centre budget, resources, and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and educational quality standards
- Drive enrollment strategies and enhance student retention initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in educational management or centre leadership
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Proven experience in curriculum development and program implementation
- Proficiency in administrative software and budget management
