The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to oversee our enrichment learning centers in Novena, Bukit Panjang, and Tampines. As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our enrichment centers, ensuring a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment for students. You will lead a team of instructors, manage administrative tasks, and work closely with parents to ensure the highest quality educational experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of enrichment learning centers in Novena, Bukit Panjang, and Tampines
- Manage and mentor a team of instructors to ensure high-quality educational delivery
- Develop and implement enrichment programs aligned with educational standards and student needs
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and educational policies
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract new students
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education management or center operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with curriculum development and educational program implementation
- Proficiency in administrative and scheduling software
- Knowledge of child development and educational best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required
