We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Centre Principal to lead one of our esteemed childcare centres located in the thriving areas of Tampines, Choa Chu Kang (CCK), or River Valley. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations and company policies.
- Provide strong pedagogical leadership, developing and implementing high-quality early childhood education curricula and programmes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment and promoting continuous professional development.
- Manage centre enrolment, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community, facilitating effective communication and engagement.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children and staff, maintaining a secure and stimulating learning environment.
- Conduct regular programme evaluations and implement improvements to enhance the quality of educational outcomes.
- Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, staff scheduling, and facility management.
Kualifikasi
- Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Leadership (ADECCE-L) or a Diploma in Preschool Leadership (DPL) or equivalent qualification recognised by ECDA.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a childcare or preschool setting in Singapore.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum planning, and ECDA regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage centre operations, including budget management, enrolment, and staff administration.
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment for young children.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with relevant educational software/platforms.
- Candidate must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident due to nature of the role and local regulations.
